FAIRFAX, Va., June 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- ICF (NASDAQ:ICFI), a global consulting and digital services provider, was recently awarded a new task order to provide comprehensive cyber support across the U.S. Air Force enterprise.
The task order was awarded by the Air Combat Command (ACC) under the U.S. General Services Administration's OASIS (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services) indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. It has a value of over $50 million and a term of 3 1/2 years including a one-year base, two one-year options plus one six-month option.
Under the agreement, ICF will provide comprehensive technical and programmatic expertise and advisory services to help transition the Air Force's cyberspace core function from the Air Force Space Command to ACC. This includes developing recommendations to ACC on how to manage, deploy and invest in cyber capabilities to empower the organization to achieve its vision for delivering cyberspace superiority to America's warfighting commands.
"This is a significant win for ICF and demonstrates our ability to make headway in an extremely competitive landscape of industry leaders," said Randy James , senior vice president for ICF. "Over the past year, we have worked to bolster our cyber capabilities and expand our cybersecurity portfolio. We look forward to bringing this expertise and experience to help ACC integrate this new cyber mission into its portfolio and strengthen the operational resilience of the Air Force through its abilities to deliver enhanced cyber capabilities."
To this work, ICF brings 45 years of experience supporting the Air Force in multiple program areas; a proven record in the startup and execution of large complex programs, critical to helping the Air Force integrate its new cyber mission into its portfolio; and a top-notch cyber services team.
